In partnership with Academy 4 and other community members, SAUMC supports the fourth graders at Fitzgerald Elementary School by promoting leadership through mentorship. In A4, every fourth grader has an individual mentor they meet with once a month to learn about how to be a leader. Then, they get to take all that learning with them to Leaders 5 where they get to mentor younger students. Through A4, we get to help grow and develop the leaders of tomorrow today!
